Amendment No. 3 to Form S-1 Table of Contents The unaudited pro forma condensed consolidated financial information is prepared in accordance with Article 11 of Regulation S- X, using the assumptions set forth in the notes to the unaudited pro forma condensed consolidated financial information. The unaudited pro forma condensed consolidated financial information includes adjustments that give effect to events that are directly attributable to the Transactions described above, are factually su
