We throw the ones back that are not edible (like the pretty one in the picture I sent with the blue
stripes- his underside is hard as a rock! captain Greg said the fish is super expensive in exotic fish
stores!). We kept and ate the fish we knew we would eat that same night for fish tacos! It was
delicious!
