I S.O.S respond to the body alarm on 9.South tier #11 cell # 220, medical staff on the unit performing CPR on inmate Epstein, Jeffrey Edward # 76318-054. With additional staff inmate Epstein was removed from 9.South unit to medical room on the second floor, performing CPR on inmate Epstein until the paramedics took over. We transported inmate Epstein down to the rear gate placed him in to the EMS vehicles and I followed in a secure government vehicle to the hospital where I stayed on post until I was relieved.
