Nature of the Site

Epstein Exposed is a non-commercial, public interest research tool that indexes publicly available court documents, government releases (DOJ, FBI, House Oversight Committee), and verified news reporting related to the Jeffrey Epstein case. We are not a law firm, do not provide legal advice, and are not affiliated with any government agency.

Fair Use & First Amendment

This site exercises First Amendment rights to compile, organize, and make accessible publicly released government documents and court records. Content constitutes fair use commentary, research, and reporting on matters of significant public interest. The compilation and organization of public records is protected expression under the First Amendment.

User Responsibilities

By using this site, you agree to:

• Not use the site to harass, defame, stalk, or threaten any individual listed in the database
• Not present database entries as proof of guilt or wrongdoing
• Verify information against primary sources before citing it in any context
• Not use automated scraping at a rate that degrades site performance for other users
• Not submit false, misleading, or fabricated information through community features
• Comply with all applicable laws when using information from this site

Community Features

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all content you submit, including comments, dossiers, community notes, and data submissions. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or is defamatory, harassing, or submitted in bad faith. Community content represents the views of its authors, not of Epstein Exposed.

AI Chat Disclaimer

The AI assistant provides AI-generated summaries based on indexed documents. AI can make errors, hallucinate, or misinterpret documents. Always verify AI responses against source documents. Do not upload confidential or sensitive personal documents — uploads are processed in-memory but pass through Anthropic's API. See Anthropic's privacy policy for how they handle API data.

Intellectual Property

The original site design, code, and compilation are copyrighted. The underlying public records and government documents are in the public domain (17 U.S.C. § 105). User-submitted content grants us a non-exclusive, perpetual license to display and distribute it in connection with the database. Our open-source code is available under its respective license on GitHub.

THIS SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR: INACCURACIES IN INDEXED PUBLIC RECORDS; AI-GENERATED CONTENT; USER-SUBMITTED CONTENT; ACTIONS TAKEN BASED ON INFORMATION FROM THIS SITE; OR DOWNTIME OR DATA LOSS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS PAID TO USE THIS SERVICE, WHICH IS ZERO.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the site operator from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from: your misuse of information from this site, your user-submitted content, or your violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
