As you no doubt know, the Prince is almost universally discredited in our country and he can expect no support for a refusal to answer any questions you, and other law enforcement personnel may wish to put to him. You might also find it useful to seek information from the British politician Peter Mandelson (Lord Mandelson). Perhaps you have already taken this course. Although not as deep a relationship as Andrew's, Mandelson's intimacy with Epstein lasted over a period of years and he stayed in at least two of Epstein's properties, including the New York mansion. On one stay he was accompanied by his partner Reinaldo Avila da Silva, who might also repay interview. Mandelson is gay. This is widely known and I assume that Epstein would not have offered him the services of any underage girls. I would not be surprised if Epstein offered the services of men or boys to those of 1 EFTA00086576 his guests whom he thought might enjoy them. I have no basis for this other than the observation that predators like Epstein are generally prompted by the drive for power over a vulnerable individual rather than sexual gratification. That drive would have been satisfied by offering a vulnerable boy to his guests as much as a vulnerable girl, and it would allow him to blackmail anyone who took advantage. Epstein would have had access to boys who were brothers, friends or lovers of the girls he exploited. Mandelson may have no relevant information about Epstein's sexual crimes but he may have some about his business and financial dealings if those are part of your investigation. Like Andrew, he might give you other names in the Epstein circle, particularly of course, any he introduced to Epstein himself. He could tell you what information or other services Epstein expected in return for his hospitality (I am certain there were some.) It might be of interest to you to discover who brought them together and by what means. Like Andrew, Mandelson is very unpopular in this country, and would be hard put to resist any request for information from you. I wonder also if you have sought any information from Kevin Spacey. You may not know that Epstein's associates, Andrew, Mandelson and Spacey had social or professional connexions with each other in England. I hope that these suggestions might be of value to you. There is no need to reply. I have no personal interest in the outcome of your inquiries. I simply believe that all of Epstein's associates should give full co- operation to the cause of justice.
