a timestamp for videos.
Our guidance is to note/describe IN VERY GOOD DETAIL what we see and include
Review MUST include:
1. what each item is, how large each item is, what's in it, etc. (5Ws).
2. when reviewing videos, note the length of the video, images of people, describe the image/who
the image is of, and the time on the video the image is noted.
3. anything perceived to be pertinent.
Please prioritize and analyze how much content we must review. Please let me know if additional
