Without the guardian information, we cannot contact the victim. If you have an email address for a vic/guardian, please include it because we can send notifications via Email. 4) Please I or I know if you need any assistance with indexing. As Wendy sends the victim information over to us, and I can enter them into Sentinel yet we need to export a victim ASAP in order to open up a victim case in the Victim Notification System. 5) As with all victim cases, please keep me in the loop regarding the case status, especially in a higher profile case such as this one. By keeping me in the loop, I am in the best position to make sure you stay in compliance with federal law. 6) Please let j and I know of any specific victims who may need particular attention due to specific needs.
