Also, based on some outstanding information from main DOJ on the previous victims I wanted to make sure that any of the former victims you are pulling into the current case (and subsequently into VNS) receive outreach from you directly before they receive a VNS notification. I expect as a common practice you are already doing this but wanted to make sure these victims are afforded their right to notifications (and option to decline) rather than receiving an unexpected notification. I've not cross checked it with the lis provided but expect it's the saint.... you want the MM victim list imported into the NY case let me know. I'm happy to help with that if needed.
