(DO) (FBI)" Good Atemoon, 'Riso, Laura B. (NY) (FBI)" Please be advised that if your state's crime compensation program does not offer counseling services to the victims of Jeffrey Epstein due to the lapse of time since the crime occurred, AD Turman has agreed to use emergency funding for up to six (6) sessions of counseling. As the VS, you know the resources in your AOR so please ensure the billable amount is comparable to your AOR. This is not a blanket approval and still needs to come through the PM to UC Elton for approval. Please let me know if you have any questions.
