Good Afternoon,
You are receiving this email because you have been identified as working in some capacity with a victim from the
Jeffrey Epstein case. Although the indictment against the subject was dismissed due to his suicide, the case is still
under active investigation. Over the past month, VS
(NY) has been working to coordinate two victim
briefings — one in the Miami Field Office and one in the New York Field Office to be held on October 15 and October
23, respectively. Invitations have been set and Laura Briatico has been tracking responses. We expect to have better
numbers by Monday, 10/7.
A few questions for each of you:
•
Your interactions with the victim: how have you supported the victim? Did you meet with her? Provide in-person or
telephonic crisis intervention? Provide a resource?
•
Your availability: are you available to support either of the briefings?
•
A short list of vetted, trauma-informed therapists in the AOR where the victim you have supported currently lives.
Please email the above responses to me,
and your PM before COB Monday.
I would like to schedule a call with all of you on Tuesday, 10/8 at 9:00 AM to go over a few items:
•
Expectations of referrals

•
Logistics of supporting the briefing if you are requested to attend
•
Any concerns/issues you may have
