If an individual is deemed eligible and awarded; they are eligible for counseling services without a cap or timeframes to utilize this award as long as it is regarding the victimization. As stated to all legal representation that was present which includes attorney; OVS can request all monies rewarded to be paid back if the individual is awarded any type of restitution / settlement for the victimization at a later date. am I missing anything ?
