Hi
- please refer to the OVS website for specific questions; and I can also connect you to the
case manager who is assisting at OVS.
As stated at the victim briefing- OVS / Office for victim services is the payer of last resort. If an individual is
deemed eligible and awarded; they are eligible for counseling services without a cap or timeframes to utilize this
award as long as it is regarding the victimization.
As stated to all legal representation that was present which includes
attorney; OVS can request all
monies rewarded to be paid back if the individual is awarded any type of restitution / settlement for the
victimization at a later date.
am I missing anything ?
Let me know if you would like to speak to OVS and I will connect you

Hi
and
MIE, I've been working with
since the inception of the Epstein case.
She is filling out the CVC application and has legitimate concerns.
At the victim conference it was stated that victims would receive free lifetime counseling through CVC.
Can you please more information on that particular matter?
Thank you,
