I copied you on another email that I'm told that the case is good to go then I'm receiving the below. This has been going on since January. I have sent the FBI verification form at least 3 times in addition to the other paperwork. Cassidy told me back in March the therapist would start getting paid; and now we are in June and it is still at this point. I'm not sure what to do. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. We need a copy of a police report listing the victim as a victim and a copy of the birth certificate. Neither has been received at this time. The police report we have on file does not list the victim as a victim. Please resubmit these items and the claim can then be processed. Sorry for any confusion.
