FBI New York Field Office Victim Assistance Program Updates SubmittedJuly 2. 2020 Victim Assistance 305D-NY-3273542: On June 30, 2020 VS made a report to the NY State Central Registry regarding the subject in this case. The subject was identified through an online chat forum known for pedophiles and those sharing child sexual abuse materials. The crux of the report was Inadequate Guardianship. The subject was offering to sell his children to other chat room members for sex. There was an additional arrest made connecting to the Jeffrey Epstein case. July 2 Ghilane Maxwell was arrested, and VS is coordinating victim notification with SDNY. I Administrative I Community Coorclinadon and Media I NYO OPA wants to produce a black and white video PSA related to human trafficking.
