I thought I understo=d when we passed that area that the bougainvillea were not blooming as the= should and the discussion was that fertilizer in a granular form was call=d for. It was meant to remind the landscaping crew - they were given=a printout of this photo. I apologize for the mis=nderstanding it caused you.
