He told me that there had previously been an accounting of the estate and that he would be send me the relevant documents on Monday. From his perspective it is time to finalize this matter and he had been relying on Duane Morris in New York. He said that by entering an appearance that I had "lit a fire" under New Jersey counsel to produce what they are supposed to produce. He said that he was not involved in any of the negotiations but that he understood that it was very close to being finalized. Hopefully when Philip calls tomorrow I will have a clearer understanding of where things stand. If they have already accounted, we may have to chart a different course. Jim James R.
