So it will be important to ensure tha= you are update on any changes in her condition. Currently, Ms. Al Riyami's oxygenation is much impro=ed with changes to the ECMO by Dr. Bacchetta and with removal of fluids whi=h the team has been aggressively pursuing even from the beginning of the tr=nsport. Her PaO2 (the partial pressure of oxygen in the lungs was over 300,=far better than the S0s-60s that she has mostly been, allowing us to turn d=wn the ventilator to 40% FlO2 which is to say, 40% oxygen).
