Bryan was open with me regarding pricing and stated = below $30M price would be real and that was off the re=ord,. when I spoke to Kip just now, he is telling m= the BBJ is worth $32M, after speaking with Andrew the Pr=sident of AvJet and the owner of the BBJ, Kip was short =ith me on the phone and stated a deposit is what's needed=20to start real negotiations I informed that we could buy =li's plane for $25M and Kip confirmed that Wynn's plane sol= for $28M net to seller after commissions,. Kip stated the =nterior of Wynn's BBJ needed soft goods and wood. Personally I dont like Kip or Andrew,. I like =ryan but he's just a sales Assoc, and Kip is a Manager =t AvJet and obviously is pushing Bryan to the side with t=ese negotiations. Kip informed that an offer=20of $26 or $27M would not be taken seriously, and advised =gainst it,. the interior on their BBJ was completed 3 =onths ago,.
