We typically perform the entire architectural scope on our projects, but we arc flexible to work with you and your executive architect on what the most efficient way may be to execute construction documents and construction administration based on the location and building techniques. We proposed phased fees for schematic design, design development, and construction documents, and left construction administration as hourly based on how we may be involved in the construction process. 1 have also included somc of our renderings to give you a sense of our work product.
