The only rooms the Charles Hotel have available are a Deluxe Room with 2 double
beds. There is a slight chance they will have a king bed available upon arrival,
but they can not guarantee it. Both the hotel and American Express travel told me
the same thing. The Presidential Suite is not available either. If any better
room opens up before your arrival, you will have an automatic upgrade through
AmEx travel.
