Regarding the library path: As we spoke about in person and as was reiterated on the phone conference yesterday,,, More dirt has been added, and we have finished the grading, and we hydroseeded it. The Grading in that area cannot be perfectly flat, due to the pitch of the hillside and the drainage issue. As I and Tom Melnick reiterated on the phone yesterday, We must maintain a graded drainage for high water to prevent mudslides and flooding into the library pavillion. We made it as flat as we could without compromising the integrity of the water drainage system.
