"Good afternoon Nick, All of the parts needed for your repair are either in stock or have been ordered from the manufacturer. At this time, I expect to be able to complete your order in two weeks. Unfortunately, the average order for electronics is taking approximately (3-4) weeks from order date until the parts are received at our facility. I have expedited your request to upper management (our VP of Operations) because of the location of the projector and urgency of the repair and am diligently shooting for 2 weeks. If in any way I can get them before that 2 week time frame, I will notify you immediately. I apologize for the delay on the arrival of the electronics, we are working closely with the manufacturer to greatly improve this matter." This is already in the works and ordered and waiting the for them to arrive. As far as the 3D upgrade they said the would do a trade in for a New 3D 1080 Ultra Bright with trade in for $18135.00 and this is my cost. This is the last time they will offer any kind of trade in.
