A Chairman from Ophtalomology at Stanford is next to your island! I just talked to him. On the end of conversation he mentioned that he is at St Thomas. He was sailing today around your island. He has very bad connectivity. It would be incredibly helpful if you can have him visit your island — and if he can check images on some of your computers.
