I am aware of your discontent with the present situation I appreciate very much our
friendship.which , of course will remain in our inviolate box.
my proposed solutions.
1 Stick with the original agreement , 10 m on apri115, june 15 and oct 15 , and I will continue
to abide by my obligations under that agreement I found in my notes that you had also agreed to
pay 1.5 million to a charity , which it appears did not happen, . you can hire others to deal with
issues outside . I will of course defend anything strutcural that i have done or actions taken
specifcally related to my suggestions. I should be responsible for the car, and its maintenance,
not the damage from driving under the influence.
2 I will, with your help. oversee , direct and implement the detailed strategy for the current
situation. In addition to my original agreement , you will pay 65 million dollars. after tax dollars
. - 100 million pm tax. in two tranches 60 million on signing and 40 on conclusion . I will use
and hire my own people to manage this task, reporting first to me. I will help you set up your
family office , yours being the final say and responsibility . including interviewing all applicants
that you choose to run by me. There could be offscts against the final 40 . to be discussed , This
is obviously my least favorite option. taking more time and involving issues that only as a result
of our unique friendship that I would even consider.
