In addition to my original agreement , you will pay 65 million dollars. after tax dollars . - 100 million pm tax. in two tranches 60 million on signing and 40 on conclusion . I will use and hire my own people to manage this task, reporting first to me. I will help you set up your family office , yours being the final say and responsibility . including interviewing all applicants that you choose to run by me. There could be offscts against the final 40 . to be discussed , This is obviously my least favorite option. taking more time and involving issues that only as a result of our unique friendship that I would even consider.
