I can probably cover the extra $70K, but they said that they would hopefully have a decision by today but today is gone.. closing was supposed to be Monday and my real estate agent and the sellers are freaking.. hopefully this will resolve itself by Friday and we can set a date for closing within a couple of weeks.. or I expect the sale will fall through.
