As discussed, more than likely UTC Aerospace is not going to want to refund the cost of the monitor. We were discussing this in our morning meeting and we thought that if you (or better yet JE) wrote a quick e-mail to me stating his disappointment in the monitor, the temporary replacement monitor, the fact that you paid Gulfstream to check out the 2A° monitor, etc. (without being argumentative - more factual and nice about it), then we would have our best chance at getting a refund. I will then pass this e-mail on in my e-mail to them discussing the hardships we have endured to finalize my plea to them and follow that up with a phone call. I would like to get this accomplished on Thursday morning, so if you would, please get this to me by then. Lastly, I spoke with the carpet manufacturer to see if they can produce the 037 Blue, cut pile carpet and get it to us for us in time.
