I cant tell you how disappointed I am. We expected that you would "stay" on payroll through the end of Feb and we simply wouldn't renew the agreement and you would leave. We specifically spoke of your help with completing the BF agreement and introducing James as required to the team. We also thought the non compete and non solicit would disappear with your employment agreement ending in Feb. It was with that "spirit of cooperation" that I agreed you could serve on the Board and maintain your "out of the money" equity interests. Is what you sent us what your position is? Obviously we have to reconsider all our chats if so. We arc also aware that you spirited away dozens of boxes of materials from the company. We trust that these materials are only personal in nature and not the intellectual and or proprietary information that would belong to the company. Thank you.
