Original Estimate 14,994 Three additional days @ 2194 per day 6,582 Trucker paid by Jimmy 1.060 Total Due Jimmy before additional 18" 22,636 He would not budge on his position with Ma or Daphne. I reminded him that his original fee of 14,994 included acting as Construction Manager for entire job which is not complete. He agreed to come back to LSJE if we released 18,000. He will need two days to complete 18" (1 day of framing and next day to pour) That additional cost will be 2,194 per clay ifjimmy is part of crew or 1,300 per day ifjimmy does not come with his crew.
