Good morning Jeffrey,
Wiring Diagram -
The engineering wiring diagrams go through revision updates, so yes - there was an update to the
drawing on 8/21/13.
Entertainment Audio -
This system has been tuned a few times in anticipation of what you personally would like to hear.
Yesterday Dan had the opportunity to speak with you one on one and get a full understanding (bringing
back the mid range frequencies). On our drive back to Long Island, we spent much of the ride discussing
the system and what would be required. Dan is confident that he can do so. Yes, you do have control
from your i-Pad or i-Phone for your stored music selections and video which is what we were told you
would be using for source equipment. The fact that the head unit provides the ability to play a DVD / CD
is simply a bonus and means for allowing the system to present your stored / mobile music / video
selections. Additionally, you can control certain functions through the Cabin Management System
control panel at your seat for volume (up/down) and video selection source (Airshow, Camera, DVD/CD,
Apple TV) as well as speakers (on/off). We will tune the system to bring back the mid range frequencies
for a more uniform balance.
LCD Monitor -
The LCD monitor was purchased by Goodrich - a leading manufacturer in business aviation. I will be
speaking with Mike McCullum at their facility on Monday morning and expressing your sentiments,
including information you have provided in yesterday's e-mails so that we may come to a conclusion you
find satisfactory. Additionally, it was evident that running on aircraft power, we need to install a video
isolation filter to clean up the picture quality.
Air gasper -
most gasper appear to be sealing air flow +-97% with a few lower than that introducing "noise" into the
cabin. Now that I have experienced it first hand, I will be speaking with my metal plater on Monday
morning. Additionally, I will be speaking with my people internally about how best to resolve this
annoying issue. It appears that although the "cone within the air gasper does tighten snuggly against the
cylinder, there is enough air pressure from the system that is able escape through any deviation between
the two surfaces meeting.

Table Tabs -
Please provide a simple sketch of the metal tabs you envision to gain easier access to lift the table lid on
the side ledges.
Carpet -
Please have
make sure she orders about 5 lbs of the same color surging yarn for the carpet
and that she sends us an e-mail of when she anticipates the new blue silk carpet to be delivered.
Thank you,
Eric

eric. the entertainment system is extremely problematic. extremely !! I reviewed the wiring
diagram you sent , from a florida firm only drafted the LAST week in august. ??? after takeoff,
i wanted to advance the awful music on the dvd,
LArry told me there is no way without getting
up, walking to the credneza a, and change it at the head. this can't be right . you and i had a
firm understanding that this would not happen. control from my seat. was agreed. in addition
The idea that instead of using a frequnecy analyzer, and professional sound adjusmtnet tool,
readily avalible . I had to personally listen to a system that is clearly not right . made little
sense. the antique led screen was unwatchable . as well as the loud hissing from the gaspers at
altitude. made this trip uncomfortable.
