Dear Jeffrey
I trust this email finds you well?
I must apologise for the weird correspondence of a few months ago.
I ended up having a melt down and have been in hospital for about 2 months. I'm doing better.
And was discharged about 2 weeks ago.
I'm now at a health centre trying to shed some of the unwanted pounds gained as a result of the
medication and not being that in control of what I eat at the hospital.
It was a horrible time, I'm just thankful I have my freedom again even though having been held in
a psychiatric hospital hangs over me on some level.
Would love to know how you are and what's happening in your life...even though I know that's
not really your style.
Take care,
Love,
Francis. X
