that Leon's personal representative to name his successor to the Executive Committee must
be one or more of Leon's executors. Leon will need to let us know if he is comfortable with
that or needs to name a new executor. In any case, it will require a revision to the Will. I
can prepare a letter of wishes in the meantime if you wish but you will need to tell me whom
Leon wants to appoint and then we need to check to see if this individual qualifies as a
Senior Professional.
Since this is your priority, I will put the draft of the GRAT and new recipient trust aside and
