Here's a suggestion. This weekend is Yom Kippur and we are having a break the fast on Saturday night . What if you Woody, Soon Yi and children came to the Break the Fast (our kickin synagogue also an option--we have tickets) and then we could talk poetry, break the fast Sunday morning over leftovers and brunch with cameras rolling. Or you all could fly up and come for brunch with us this Sunday and we'd get a big bowl of plums.... ... He/you would find the break the fast interesting. Lots of economists and English professors as well as all of our children and lots of their friends. We would NOT let anyone know he was coming--no extra invitations. Promise. The group is what it is as of now. Next date...Friday the 20th during the day? I could come to New York to do it on my way to a wedding in DC. Following weekend doesn't work as Fm doing a big set of tapings at the Nantucket Project,with various celebs doing what Woody will/would do on camera and taping at Nantucket High school etc....
