They want assurances that (1) we can close in Florida, that (2) we will point them in the right direction for a replacement engine, and (3) we will get the on-line maintenance report up to date. I have assured them that none of these three points are issues and that if they can give us "a little more money in the spirit of the deal" along with a written offer confirming a quick performance, that we will find a way to make this work.
