He wanted to inform you, for your consideration, that in the event you decide to have him expand the area for tiling, he has estimated that it will be an additional 3 days, worse case 4 days, of additional labor. Jimmy will charge a flat rate of $2,194 per day for his labor for the additional days, $6,582 (3 days @ $2,194). LSJE would still purchase the materials.
