The USD hardly reacted to John Kerry's presentation of the evidence of chemical weapons being used in Syria. The consequences of this sad and horrible tragedy seems to be discounted by the markets. I will send a month end reval later this afternoon, but I wanted to write to let you know that it seems that I do not need to be registered as an investment advisor if I trade FX and FX options.
