My understanding was we would use the LSJE equipment to first remove the sod, and then remove soil and level the area until it is 6 inches lower than the present tile level. Regarding the Swing Project, Roy says a rock hammer is needed to complete placing the swing at the kite house. He said that you were to advise the location. I wanted to take advantage of the hammer being on site to take care of that project as well. I will call Eric now and confirm the backhoe with the hammer attachment for 9/18-9/20. Respectfully, Daphne On Sat, Sep 14, 2013 at 4:23 PM, Jeffrey Epstein <[email protected]> wrote: ok do it it should take no more than 3 days , rfor the trees. jules said two . unless they also need it for the pool project? Eric explained that he is pulling the equipment off of another job to accommodate us, and losing the 2 weekend days (approximately $2,080) by allowing the equipment to stay on LSJE so our project is not slowed down by having to bring the equipment back and forth. He says he cannot go any lower. I have previously researched other companies for equipment rentals - availability, costs, quality of work, willing to work "off-island", etc. The other companies were competitive in price, until I explained to them the location of the job, and the mobilization costs made them higher than Grade-All.
