He previously had only submitted to Roy a 3 line job description - 1. fabricate aluminum frame for dome top 2. wrap dome top frame with aluminum plate 3. install dome top on roof top - $16,485. I also gave him Jimmy's number to contact him to discuss the details and logistics, and hopefully see if together they can come up with ways to get the project within your $12,000 budget. Mr. Samuel said he will write up all the details and get it to me next week. I asked him if he meant Monday, he said to call him on Tuesday. On the St. Thomas side, Darrell Podhola told Jimmy that he cannot do the job for the $12,000 budget. Jimmy suspects that Podhola was seeking plans, and since there are no plans, just the measurements and the details you and Jimmy discussed, Podhola is not interested in the job.
