May 14th at about 1:00 if meeting is to be in PB and at about 12:30 if meeting is to be in Ft. Laud. (Tonja has a deposition at 11, but says she should be able to make 12:30...she also must be back in Ft. Lauderdale by 3:30 for a deposition) Fred starts a trial on Monday but another lawyer can take over at noon on Tuesday (but the case may settle he says) Jack is available from noon on on Tuesday. Considering the above, Where do you want the meeting to be on Tuesday May 14th? EITHER at 12:30 in Ft. Laud or at 1pm in PB?
