My idea is to combine the EB5 funds which are deal flow constrained with the massive development opps in the USVI's especially when done thru an EUC for tax advantaged reasons. The EB5 funds work really well for hotel and real estate developments with scale. EXTELL is on to this and Colony Capital is getting on the train too.
