I spoke with Dr. Fadi Noah (one of the TNC's representatives here in the US) who called today to see if I can bring a major telecommunications company to Libya to help them rebuild the country's telecom infrastructure and set up a new cell system, as the cellular monopoly was owned by one of Qaddafi's son and it was mostly destroyed during the NATO strikes. Do you have any candidates? If so, please give me a call as soon as possible. On another note, can you get diesel, gasoline and other petroleum products to Libya on a sovereign guarantee basis, as they are in desperate need and most of the country's funds are still frozen?
