The said the last/only deal they had to the table was at 5.0M including JE spending nearly a million on upgrades, essentially netting JE 4.0 million, but the process drug out and the buyer moved on. They felt the price needed to be in the 3's. I still think something in the 4's may be obtainable, but if we start at 6.0 we will just blow out serious candidates. I think we should start at 4.9 M.
