The contract with siemens was signed by Rich Kahn on 5-31-11. The contract reads under project schedule engineering submittals material ordering, equipment delivery ,installation,start up & commissioning will take two months from contract date for completion which is 7-31-11. Equipment is on order and will be delivered to 71 st street,the project engineer was at 71st on friday 6-17-11 to make a back up of the sat controller information . He told me he would contact me when controllers are ready to ship to 9 east 71st.Richard Barnett.
