mothers flight
is asking if we can change her mothers flight from the 4th September to same flight on the
5th as she still has to get her passport from the embassy and is concerned she will not get it in
time and will be very rushed
I have checked with Amex, there is availability on the same flight on the 5th September. I have
currently made no changes nor told
Please advise.
