Have you heard anything from Kranz or the Esq. for the supposed buyer? Should you authorize
Kranz to have a direct conversation with me so I could have an off the record talk with him?
Would that be helpful or not? The foreclosure sale is set for Jan. 2012 and I don't want to get
caught short and miss the chance to settle.
