Subject: Re: Flagpole pool re-plastering and Main pool tile redo
I spoke to Bart today
The price for the tile is 5.50 per sq ft. This was fora 1x1 glazed tile but I think you changed to a
unglazed if I was told correctly. I will reconfirm the price of the tile
One thing that I want to correct from below is Ban is going to take all the expense in re plastering
the pool and is expecting to be paid the full 34k left on his contract. I originally thought that we
would be buying the material and then deducting for his amount due. My misunderstanding

Jeff,
The proposed schedule to re-plaster the flagpole pool is as following:
Bart will be ordering the material as soon as we give the go ahead. It will take 5 days to
arrive to the island.
It will take 2 days to empty and 2 days to fill the pool and the actual work on the pool will
take 6 days.
After the pool is refilled, we need 5 days to make sure the water is balanced (PH levels,
etc)
So we arc looking at about 20 days of the pool being down start to finish.
Bart will be doing this at his expense.
He is currently due $34k and is expecting that this job will cost around $15k and he would
be paid the balance after he is complete and you are satisfied.

For the main pool he has submitted a $42,600 proposal to retile the pool. This is for labor
and installation only. Materials will run approx. $15k to $20k.
Please let us know how you want to proceed
