This was fora 1x1 glazed tile but I think you changed to a unglazed if I was told correctly. I will reconfirm the price of the tile One thing that I want to correct from below is Ban is going to take all the expense in re plastering the pool and is expecting to be paid the full 34k left on his contract. I originally thought that we would be buying the material and then deducting for his amount due.
