He has not been to Belarus yet. His previous visas should be in his passport at 7Ist Street, I think he had 3 or 4 of them already, all unused. Thank you! The process is quite easy, the only difference this time is that you need to get an invitation from a belarusian travel agency, instead of a private invitation (which I did before), the website has references for the agencies when you click on the link.
