Chiaki Hayashi is a Japanese national. As for her immigration status, is it for US? If so, she doesn't have any visa or green card for US. I had one person at the visa agency advise this document will be fine and another person state we should have a document for each individual traveling out of caution. I really don't know what is best, but if we could get our hands on this first document you have so kindly put together and Jeffrey decides he is comfortable having his assistants apply with this, we can do so. It can take up to 15 business clays to obtain a Japanese visa. (However we can also pay to expedite the process which I am sure we will do) I would greatly appreciate it. I can't get the seals until the week of May 4, since Chiaki will be out of office. Please be patient and wait for the letters from Japan for next few weeks.
