Another issue with phone?

I'm have and their issue with the phone. I like to read an email then mark it as
"unread" so I know I need to come back to it. When I mark an email as unread it
does not stick. I have the go back and do it several times before it sticks as
unread. And sometime that still doesn't work. I'm have to go back an hour later I
see it not marked as unread and I try it again. Then it usually works. ???
Something else you can check for me?
