Below from merwin re Precor:
They replaced the console and it's still unsuccessful with programming it. He downloaded the files
from the console and emailed it to precor to see what they are doing wrong.
I will call John again tomorrow for any updates.
I asked him if he'd program one this consoles and he said yes but never had this problem.
I will update you once I hear from John
