We were outside yesterday and its a complete drag to not have the lawn we wanted for our summer. Send the letter and you can reiterate to the guy we will take him to court if we don't get him back. I wish you could get him to write you an email stating he plans to rectify this issue. The company is located in Stanford and specializes in supplying top soil. It looked good and was less expensive than the competitors. I guess you get what you pay for. I think I can rectify the situation with some good topsoil and seed in the fall. We would of have to seed anyway. Let me know what you think.
