That's why we did a trial. ttttttttt I wanted to give you a heads up on the condition of your apartment I'm staying at. It is not very well maintained, and I'm sure that you'd never accept that your guests experience this when staying at one of your apartments. Burned out light bulbs, peeling paint, hanging wires, 20 year old noisy AC system, stained sofa, stained toilet seat... Long list of maintenance items. When I tried to iron a shirt, the iron leaked a stream of rust. Broken pots/pans in the kitchen. The apartment I stayed at last time had similar problems and essential items missing If you want, I'm happy to take the apartments, one at a time and provide a list of things that needs repair and maintenance. After all, you are still paying me for two more weeks of consulting, so I'd like to provide you with my services as paid for.
